ABOUT US
The reNOUNce deNOUNce Gang Intervention Program was birth from the life experiences of Laron Douglas who lived in Chicago, Illinois and East Cleveland as a youth going back and forth between his parents. Laron Douglas developed this program while incarcerated and has seen the program change the lives of his students.
This 10 week extensive program deals with proven risk youth ages 12-17, both male and female who are in a gang and it also is a deterant to stop youth from joining a gang. The program is a hands on program that deals with bullying, peer-pressure, conflict resolution, cognitive thinking, how to make good choices and decisions and more. What makes the program unique and separates itself from other programs is "Laron's Douglas life experiences" which includes exclusive details and stories about his high ranking affiliation in one of the most notorious gangs out of Chicago, being shot by rival gang members, and doing 22 years in prison.
By having these experiences Laron Douglas is able to reach the youth and help change their lives through the whole process of any or all gang activity or influence. The youth that leave the program realize that they can be productive citizens as they become adults and be whatever they set their minds to become!!!

Pastor Angela Douglas is the Program Administrator, website developer and teacher/consultant. Her background includes being an consultant for the board of elections, teaching in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and other surrounding suburbs. She holds degrees in Music and Music History but more importantly her background in working with numerous non profits in the city of Cleveland has helped in the development of this amazing program.
Angela and Laron initially met while in high school and developed their friendship into a unique love that led to marriage. Working together on this program has led them to life fulfillment since both want to give back to their communities through this work.
The program is expanding into the juvenile and Adult rehabilitation facilities providing expertise about gangs and we also provide seminars to train employees.

CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR US!!!
